DOEResponsibilities:Project management: Overseeing and coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion, resource allocation, and adherence to project objectives.Communication and reporting: Support leadership updates as a central hub for communication and providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Develop thoughtful, compelling slide decks and documents to support these communications.Cross-functional coordination: Acting as a central point of contact and facilitator for various departments and functions within the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of activities.Process optimization: Identifying and streamlining business processes across different functions to improve efficiency, reduce redundancies, and eliminate bottlenecks.Facilitating Team Operations: Running and optimizing team operations including business reviews, leadership updates and other operating mechanisms.Change management: Facilitating and managing organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions, and minimizing disruptions to operations.
Required Skills:Strong experience building slides (Powerpoint or Google Slides) and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision and attention to detail in a fast paced environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities while connecting the dots between multiple program initiatives.Skilled at process improvement with an eye for driving efficiencies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.Proactive mindset and strong work ethic to drive results.
Requirements:8+ years experience in management consulting, partner operations, project management, or related field
