Under the direction of Operations, the ERP Manager will oversee all aspects of ERP system, Epicor Kinetic. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP Systems, business, and operations within a manufacturing environment, with an analytical mindset and ability to deliver goals set within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
•Determine and prioritize demand from internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a unified backlog and annual launch roadmaps that are aligned to strategy, goals, and budget
•Communicate with key stakeholders, provide project progress updates, drive decisions, and resolve issues
•Troubleshoot ERP related help desk tickets and provide solutions timely
•Assist business partners with business case development, solution optioning, technical feasibility and cost estimates
•Develop and customize robust tools to track and manage entirety of system utilization within the company
•Work with key users to translate business requirements into function specifications, create required documentation, conduct required configurations, performing testing and change management
•Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system's efficiency and effectiveness
•Continuously analyze existing environment and recommend related modifications and/or new integrations as needed to meet organizational needs
•Manage ERP system upgrades, patching, and other maintenance tasks
•Install various EPR apps and work to integrate, test and train users
•Document detailed functional and design specifications and adhere to ERP methodology or standards
•Provide hands-on technical expertise and training for all end-users
•Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and other manuals
•Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations
•Design, create, and implement dashboards integrating ERP data with Power BI to present information to key stakeholders
The Requirements for the Ideal Candidate Include:
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or technical field or equivalent experience (5+ years)
•Recent, hands-on experience implementing and managing ERP software, preferably Epicor Kinetic
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Project management experience with strong understanding of formal methodologies
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, work cross-departmentally, while driving teamwork, and balance solutions between different stakeholders
•Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Engineering, and Sales processes in a manufacturing environment
•Demonstrated success in leading and managing organizational change projects, delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope
