We strive to model our values in all our relationships, both internal and external: Collaboration, Compassion, Integrity, Accountability, and Superior Performance.Position Overview:The Business Analyst, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, works across the organization to support a wide variety of stakeholders in the appropriate use, care, and maintenance of enterprise business systems. S/he translates business requirements into technical requirements, then leads the selection of software and other technological tools through to implementation. The Business Analyst functions as an internal technical consultant, working alongside program and administrative teams to gauge needs and in turn provide expertise and guidance on features, capabilities, and best practices. This new role combines oversight/maintenance with project management and interface with external technology vendors, consultants and partners.Primary Responsibilities:Lead client-facing requirements gathering sessions and translate client needs into technology product solutionsMaintain system content, addressing access and usage issues on existing applications e.g., Fluxx, Concur, AndarServe as master administrator of key platforms, managing configuration and build-out matters as well as third-party integrations (EDI, API)Oversee user profiles and assignments, system updates, vendor relationships and invoicesProvide change management support of systems/software, new features, and new processesConduct capacity building exercises, build library of end user training materials, lead group and 1:1 user trainingInterface with end users to trouble shoot technical issues and acquire feedback for continuous improvementContinually assess the vendor landscape to determine the best way to obtain needed functionality by either extending the use of current systems, or by obtaining new onesSupport the Administration & Procurement team in the tracking of various technology-related organizational memberships and subscriptions - e.g., Zoom, AWS, Amazon BusinessSkills, Knowledge, and Experience:Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field8-plus years successful track record as a technology systems analyst addressing operational needsExperience in business process engineering, project management, database management or similarSolid technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite Applications: Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, etc.Software programming and/or database development capability (SQL, Python, PHP, Linux, MS Access)
