Our proprietary INVYMAB platform approach combines state-of-the-art viral surveillance and predictive modeling with advanced antibody engineering, designed to facilitate the rapid generation of new monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).This position will primarily support several members of the Executive Leadership Team including the Chief Legal Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Human Resources Officer, and the Chief Commercial Officer. The ideal candidate will provide unparalleled support demonstrating a keen ability to leverage a broad range of skills with a high degree of professionalism, judgment, and discretion.You will have the opportunity to operate independently, anticipate the team’s needs, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for leading the FP&A function at Invivyd, including maintaining business partnerships across the organization, supporting internal initiatives, providing valuable insight to leadership, and helping drive the growth and success of the company.Lead the company's financial planning process to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling and analysisDevelop appropriate processes, methodologies, and modeling techniques to support key business decisionsUnderstand key business drivers to provide operational insights and strategic financial supportAct as a business partner across the company; work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of managementBe a trusted advisor to the CFO and VP, Corporate ControllerPlay an integral role in the month-end/quarter-end/year-end close and flux review processesPartner with the broader organization to drive process improvementsAdminister Oracle’s PBCS (Hyperion) platform to enhance financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processesCollaborate with the Market Access team to forecast net product pricesAssist with special projects as neededJob Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting or finance preferredAt least 10+ years of applicable experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environmentVery strong analytical and financial modeling skillsMastery of utilizing Excel to analyze complex strategic optionsExcellent communication and relationship building skillsA
