With a focus on compelling live events and written and video content through our employee intranet, we help build a cohesive and motivated employee community aligned with our company's mission, objectives, and core behaviors.Marvell is seeking a seasoned, highly collaborative Director of Executive Communications to design and implement impactful communication programs for company executives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both executive and employee communications and bring creative solutions to elevate the function. This is an exciting new position that reports directly to Marvell's Associate Vice President, Communications.What You Can ExpectBachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.10+ years of experience in employee and/or executive communications. Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead teams through periods of change and transformation.Proven track record of providing strategic counsel to senior executives, clearly articulating ideas, managing differing points of view, and fostering strong relationships and rapport.Adept at leveraging communication technologies to plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of communications programs.Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build collaboration and relationships across diverse teams.Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content that drives engagement.Demonstrated ability to craft communications that resonate with a diverse, global workforce.Proven ability to utilize data to inform communication strategies and support decision-making processes.Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, and personal initiative.What We're Looking ForDevelop and manage communications platforms for senior executives, aligning with each leader's business goals, priorities and unique perspective on industry challenges and opportunities.Partner with senior executives and leaders across the organization to share critical business information in a timely and impactful manner.Develop high-impact internal communications that inspire employees and build a meaningful connection to the company's strategy.Partner with HR and business leaders to drive communications during organizational changes, ensuring employees are well-informed and aligned with company transformations.Create and implement internal communications strategies for crisis or sensitive situations, ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all levels of the organization.Manage and execute a regular cadence of internal communication across multiple channels, including all-hands meetings, the company intranet, video updates, email, and Slack.Leverage existing communication channels to strengthen the company's mission, culture, and brand, while identifying opportunities for new channels and programs as needed.Drive the adoption of innovative internal communication tools and technologies that enhance collaboration, including AI-driven platforms and mobile-first communications.Evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Expected Base Pay Range (USD)157,800 - 236,400, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.Additional Compensation and Benefit ElementsAt Marvell, we offer a total compensation package with a base, bonus and equity.
