As a Technical Project Manager, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective agile management, standardized business processes, and innovative learning solutions is crucial for your client’s future. You’re eager to apply your advanced consulting experience and full systems engineering and aviation knowledge to develop creative solutions. We’re looking for someone like you to guide organizations as they solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.As a Technical Project Manager on our team, you’ll be trusted to lead major transformations by applying developing strategies for leading-edge concepts and tools like cloud adoption and artificial intelligence operations. Using project management best practices, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to implement transformative business operations systems.In this role, you’ll directly impact business data by reconfiguring it into accessible, real-time information. The world can’t wait.You Have:20+ years of experience managing projects involving planning, integration, and implementation of complex systems and equipmentExperience in curriculum development, change management, digital transformation, and systems engineeringKnowledge of aviation priorities, vision for advancements, and systems engineering artifacts and processesAbility to manage cost, schedule, and technical delivery of a project, including developing, tracking, and reporting digital transformation project metricsAbility to prepare and deliver executive-level briefings and presentationsAbility to collaborate with internal, external, and executive stakeholders, including developing communication plans to ensure effective integration of enterprise digital transformation workAbility to develop organizational strategies, including digital transformation initiativesAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsAbility to develop, conduct, and evaluate workforce training to support cultural change enabling an enterprise's digital transformationNice If You Have:Experience with AI/ML and video developmentAbility to develop a digital transformation enterprise governance planPossession of excellent client management and consulting skillsPossession of excellent oral and written communication skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet the eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD).
