Configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardwareSupport desktop and mobile operating systemsConfigure network connectivity, including mobile computingDemonstrate functional knowledge of information security and best practicesPossess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and organized.Essential Job Functions
Engage in the support of Key's computer platforms at corporate, campus and data center locations.Provide high level of customer service to Key's internal client baseEffectively communicate with the end userSetup, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple MAC OS computersComplete work on assigned tickets within SLAUse industry standard concepts, practices, and proceduresRely on documented and established guidelines to perform the functions of the jobBe detail oriented and thorough, must follow tasks through to completionCommunicate using excellent grammar and listening skillsWork closely with team and produce clear documentationRemain clearly focused while multi-taskingLearn new things and adapt to new procedures and requirementsProvide audio/visual support
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $50,000 to $65,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
