Job Title:

CRM Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE:

The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the CRM department's mission with emphasis on the gifting program. The individual will partner closely with collaborators from Retail Communications, Training,E-commerce, CSC, Merchandising, IT, Events, PR, and the Central CRM team.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

GIFTSWork with Central CRM, and the Latin America team, to order gifts according to celebration and needsBuild and manage client nomination process for local celebration giftsSupervise all orders, invoices and shipmentsBuild communication materials related to gifting project for stores and corporate partnersConnect with retail and corporate partners on gift updates and actions to completeEstablish timeline and supervise all actions for all moments related to giftingPartner with the CSC team to coordinate gifting for ecommerce clientsLiaise with the warehouse team to provide directions for timely distribution of giftsHandle all applications related to facilitating giftsPartner with the Logistics team to ensure gift shipments are on track and needed paperwork for importation is securedConnect with vendors when needed to place orders and track shipmentsOTHER SUPPORT

Support the management of department's full program by running and updating the calendarHelp and maintain department's budget by using systems and tracker and approving invoicesAssist with support documents during annual budget planningSupport with reporting as necessary and requestedSupport CRM departments mission by assisting in clienteling initiatives and developing materials as needed"},{"title":"Job responsibilities","content":"SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
