Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess either a CCNA or CCNP certification and have a strong background in network support and troubleshooting. This role is crucial for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshoot network issues for end-users and internal teams.Maintain and monitor network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.Assist in the configuration and deployment of network hardware and software.Document technical procedures, network configurations, and support tickets.Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.Ensure network security protocols are followed and assist in security audits.Respond to support requests promptly and provide exceptional customer service.Qualifications:

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is required.Proven experience in IT support, including network troubleshooting and configuration.Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs.Proficiency in using network diagnostic tools and software.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments is a plus.Qualifications
