with a strong background in either
Healthcare, Finance , or
Actuarial/Underwriting . The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring efficient implementation of solutions that align with our organizational goals.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and deliver actionable insights. If you are passionate about driving business performance and have a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve operational goals.Perform gap analysis and ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making.Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.Work with IT and operational teams to support the development and implementation of system enhancements.Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of business solutions.
