From marketers and strategists to financial analysts and data engineers, and so much more, were all passionate about crafting a world where children, families, and organizations can thrive.We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Workday Configuration Administrator (Payroll / Absence / Time Tracking) to join our HRIS team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining Workday to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing and administration. This position requires expertise in Workday HMC, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) and an understanding of payroll processes and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:Workday Configuration:Configure and maintain Workday to align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.Implement and update payroll components, earnings, deductions, taxes, time templates, costing allocations, audit alerts, business processes, and other related configurations within the Workday platform.Collaborate with process owners to formulate and maintain Workday Payroll related configuration and innovative functionalities.General knowledge in all Workday functional areas.Integration Management:Collaborate with integration teams to design, test, and implement interfaces between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.Payroll Process Optimization:Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization through Workday automation, gathering business requirements and proposing enhancements.Analyze and optimize payroll business processes for efficiency and accuracy, leveraging Workday functionalities and recommending improvements.Knowledge in requirements gathering, designing, prototyping and testing of Workday solutions according to customer requirements.Compliance and Reporting:Stay updated on payroll compliance requirements and ensure Workday configurations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.Create, generate, and analyze payroll reports to verify accuracy and compliance, making necessary adjustments as needed.Testing and Troubleshooting:Comprehension of cross-functional touchpoints in Workday between payroll and other modules.Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations to identify and resolve issues promptly.Collaborate with IT and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve payroll system-related problems.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables.Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of all Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking configurations, changes, and processes.Provide training and documentation to end-users on new configurations and processes.Other:Lead, manage, and support the gradual adoption and deployment of additional Workday features and modules, including PATT.Work closely with process owners to actively contribute to the strategic Workday HCM/Payroll roadmap, aligning with desired enhancements and integrating new Workday functionality.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday PATT, focusing on business process design and configuration.Lead, manage, and support the gradual adoption and deployment of additional Workday features and modules, including PAY, ABS, and TT.Qualifications:

Qualifications:5+ years of HRIS experience supporting Workday Payroll ConfigurationsExperience configuring earning codes, pay components, and troubleshooting system errorsExperience in designing and managing Workday integrations with other HR systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proven track record of mentoring and coaching junior resourcesGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.
