Rate Range: $65-$70/hr C2C and $60/hr W2Salary: $120k per annum + Benefits
Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with expertise in Business Process Modelling to join our team in Jersey City, NJ.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and systems analysis to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, mapping out processes, and working closely with stakeholders to optimize and improve workflows.Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Business Process Modelling (BPM).Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and objectives.Develop and maintain detailed Business Process Models (BPM) to represent workflows, processes, and system interactions.Excellent confluence development skillsSuperior organizational skillsJIRA card structure and writing (Business/product acumen)Excellent oral and written communication skills to capture functional and noon-functional requirements
