Job Description:

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Appian applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the Appian platform.Guide and advise Appian Developers in implementing effective Appian solutions, while adhering to development best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of Appian technology.Ensure that high-quality documentation is maintained throughout the development lifecycle, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.Demonstrate leadership qualities by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the Appian development team.Stay up-to-date with Appian platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and actively share knowledge with the team.Qualifications:

Strong experience working as an Appian Architect, with a focus on the technical and functional aspects of Appian software.Proficient in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into Appian solutions.Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team of Appian Developers.In-depth knowledge of Appian development best practices and design patterns.Solid understanding of BPM technologies and principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven track record of delivering successful Appian projects on time and within budget.Good documentation practices, ensuring accurate and comprehensive technical documentation.bility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
