Responsibilities

Be aleader and credible activist for your clients, your team and our mission; exertinfluence to create positive changeDeliverboth strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers,including performance management, organizational design, learning anddevelopment, compensation programs and employee relationsPartnereffectively with HR centers of excellence including Immigration, Compensationand Benefits, Tesla Talent, Employee Relations, and RecruitingProactivelyidentify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner withmanagement to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutionsWorkwith leaders to develop effective organizational structures to driveorganizational health.Consult and coach all levels of management tobuild and serve high performing, diverse and inclusive teamsSupportshuman resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate managementpolicies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitivepersonnel communication and recordsAlignsconduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resourcesleadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactionswith Company employeesRequirements

Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent in relevant work experience3+years' experience in a HR Business Partner or other HR role including coaching,employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training and HR projectmanagement or program implementationExperienceobjectively coaching employees and management through complex, difficult andemotional issuesAppliedknowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes for employmentThoroughunderstanding and hands-on application of internal and external HR principles,concepts, practices and standardsDemonstratedexperience in organizational development, change management, coaching andcommunicationsOutstandingwritten and verbal communication; must be a clear, concise and persuasivecommunicatorCompensation and BenefitsBenefits

$61,200 - $210,600/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
