Senior Consultant Data Quality Analyst (Risk and Regulatory Reporting domains)Arrayo is actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regulatory Reporting Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of regulatory reporting data through in-depth analysis, data mapping, and collaboration with various stakeholders. If you have a strong background in regulatory reporting, data analysis, and a passion for maintaining high-quality data, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive analysis of regulatory reporting data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document data requirements for regulatory reporting purposes (i.e., FR 2052a, FR Y-9C, FR Y-15, FFIEC 002, FFIEC031).Conduct a thorough review of regulatory reports to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies in the underlying data.Investigate the root causes of data issues, collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gain insights into the underlying issues, and develop a comprehensive plan outlining specific steps to address each identified data issue.Develop and maintain data flow diagrams and data dictionaries, providing a clear understanding of data sources and flows for regulatory reporting applications.Perform data mapping analysis to identify the origin, transformation, and destination of data, ensuring a seamless flow from source systems to regulatory reports.Work closely with IT development teams to address data-related issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure the smooth functioning of business applications.Document and communicate data quality issues, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance data accuracy.Assist in the preparation of test scenarios, test plans, and support end-user acceptance testing related to regulatory reporting data.Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, providing insights and recommendations to improve data processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to automate and streamline data processes related to regulatory reporting.Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and automation in the regulatory reporting data management lifecycle.Requirements / Preferences:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting data analysis.Strong Excel skills required, good understanding of complex databases/SQL, Python preferred.CFA and/or CPA highly preferredStrong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and financial industry regulations.Experience with Federal Reserve and FFIEC reporting requirements and processes.Strong understanding of liquidity management concepts and FR 2052a data and reporting process.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in data mapping and data quality assessment.Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems and databases.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality data.Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and implement data management best practices accordingly.Knowledge of AxiomSL/Adenza system is a plus.
