Conducts fact investigation, reviews factual and legal data, and advises organizations on legal risks and appropriate legal action to be taken. Handles class action litigation on the company's behalf or coordinates class action cases and other legal matters handled by outside counsel. Provides a variety of general legal services to internal clients as needed, including guidance on contracts, compliance and regulatory issues, and internal policy.
