Creative Producer
to join their innovative and dynamic team. This position will focus on engaging and growing the @threads social presence, combining creativity and strategy to elevate the platform's voice and content. The Creative Producer will work closely with designers, partners, and cross-functional teams to create meaningful interactions with audiences while keeping up with the latest trends.THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
Own day-to-day posting, copywriting, and community management for @threads.Monitor social conversations, identify trends, and engage with the audience in real-time.Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute key programming.Pitch, plan, and execute social media campaigns, including IG reels and partnerships.Track and report social media performance, sharing insights to optimize future content.Contribute to maintaining an editorial calendar to ensure strategic timing and impact of content.KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Proven experience in technical or creative production with social media content.Ability to manage multiple streams of work, including copywriting, community management, and trend monitoring.Strong communication skills to liaise with partners, producers, and cross-functional teams.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital storytelling techniques.Analytical skills to interpret social media performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant hands-on experience.Knowledge of current social media trends, especially in video and short-form content.Experience with insights/measurement tools to gauge social media success.
