HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

This role is responsible for supporting the pricing team in building the tools to monitor competitive pricing, managing pricing processes, and implement pricing strategies. The pricing team is aligned within the Retail Planning team and collaborates with teams across the organization.

This role typical reports into the Manager, Pricing Administration and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment (4 days/week in-office)

Competitive Pricing (40%)Oversee competitive pricing data collection and analytics processesDevelop competitive recapping abilities that are easily compiled/replicatablePresent competitive pricing opportunities in department and cross functional meetingsSupport regular communication to internal partners (planning, allocation, finance, store operations, etc.)Manage Pricing Cadence (20%)

Maintain event schedule and key pricing inputsCoordinate pricing timelines / requirements with Planning, Marketing, and Store OperationsLeverage pricing toolkit to ensure smooth execution of pricing activitiesSupport Pricing Initiatives (40%)

Manage and execute flash sales processAssist with pricing of specialty store formats/strategiesAnalyze and provide insights on pricing decisions & initiativesSupport process improvement and innovation in Pricing and PlanningWe'd Love to hear from you if:
