Business System Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a senior level Business System Analyst for one of our fortune 300 companies in the Richmond, VA area. It will be a one week onsite one week remote hybrid schedule in their downtown location. The individual in this position will be responsible for providing support for internal HR customers for both projects and application support. Specifically, this role provides support for one or more SAP HR functional areas of SAP and Success Factors. Individual will be also be assigned to support client IT projects and enhancements to include gathering and documenting requirements for enhancements and custom development efforts, writing functional development specifications, writing, and executing comprehensive test plans, as well as supporting implementations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic job responsibilities include the following: Devise or modify procedures to solve complex systems problems. Align technology solutions with business strategies. Partner with functional groups within the IT organization to communicate and clarify business needs, contribute to development of long-range system plans, and ensure products and services are aligned with business needs. Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost versus benefit measurements. Communicate trends and requirements to and from customers and IT. Work with an individual business unit on multi-project assignments.
Pay range: $25/HR - $45/HR

Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of experience supporting Success Factors system- Experience developing process maps, gathering business requirements, with a strong emphasis on application testing.- Expert in EC, Employee Central, foundational/custom object configuration.
