HR Business Partner

Job Summary:Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, HR Business Partner to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the companys success. Duties include but are not limited to employee relations, training & development, business partnering, compliance, and performance management. This position will be office-based in Cincinnati, OH with hybrid work-from-home flexibility.Responsibilities :Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management;Coordinate and facilitate general orientation sessions;Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends;Collaborate with Talent Aquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; andDevelop and present employee and management trainings;Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience in HR;Knowledge of federal and state employment laws;
