IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work for a leader in the distribution business of oil and gas. In this role you will be a Business Analyst working cross functionally with multiple teams. In this role you will be supporting different IT technologies and ensuring product roadmaps are being met. You will integrate into a scrum team that executes on two week sprints. You will be writing user stories, creating business cases and working to hit project deadlines. We need this individual to be attentive to detail, willingness to hit ground running and be a go-getter.
Evaluating current business processes and identifying potential areas for improvementGathering insights about issues that need resolving or processes that can be improvedRecommending organizational changes, such as new systems or proceduresTraining and coaching staff membersCollaborating with managers and executives to ensure changes are effectiveIdentifying technical requirements and then prioritizing themIdentifying business requirementsDefining IT business requirements and goalsCreate requirement Traceability MatrixCreate Process WorkflowsFacilitating communication between IT and businessEnsuring follow-through
