We are an innovative, customer-obsessed team working on big-bets in an innovative environment. In the role, you will define, execute, and deliver our product roadmap. This role is inherently cross-functional — you will work closely with engineering, design, and executive teams to bring a consumer product to market and ensure its success.A successful candidate will be customer obsessed, analytical, collaborative, embody a sense of urgency, able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and experiences that customers love.Key job responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of a customer-focused product strategy and vision for the next generation smart glasses devices and services.Develop crisp working backwards documents (PR-FAQs) and detailed product requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture. Work cross-functionally to deliver the product to market.Lead initiatives throughout various stages of the lifecycle - from ideation to development to launch - while working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams.Own and define the product roadmap based on team vision and strategy. Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to create or improve products and features. Champion and gain buy-in for the strategy and roadmap by influencing internal stakeholders and senior management.Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.Drive decision making and manage prioritization/trade-offs throughout the product lifecycle.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
