Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth execution.•Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address issues that may arise, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes.•Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and team members. Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.•Budget Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints. Track expenditures and report on budget performance.•Quality Assurance:Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with the goals of CarelonRx and Paragon Healthcare. Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.•Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.•Process Improvement:Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.
