US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Responsibilities:
Work closely with colleagues at all levels, from senior business leaders to front-line staff, and solve challenging and complex business problems across UX Design and their partners.Gather and analyze best practices within and outside of the company.Provide objective recommendations and knowledge with the aim of creating value, increasing productivity, reducing cost, maximizing growth, and improving business performance.Provide perspectives on enhancements, develop the desired outcomes, and implement changes.Align to Digital Operations, focused on User Experience Design.Coordinate and facilitate the new brand rollout internally across several business areas and multiple products.Organize the workflow, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables of our internal design toolkit.TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Design Ops, Communication (written and verbal), process improvement experiencePreferred Skills/Experience:
