Job DescriptionResponsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. Includes hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.Designing microservices as well as trying to convert screens to AngularBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required4 to 7 years of experience in software development required with WebCenter Portal as a nice to haveExperienced in 3-tier, n-tier, cloud computing (AWS), microservices architectures and SOA3+ years of Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js3+ years of relevant experience with API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, YAML, GraphQL, and SwaggerDevelop and build microservices leveraging AWS Cloud ServicesMust have hands on experience in writing RESTful webservices using Spring/JAXRSExperience developing within agile methodology using CI/CD pipelineExperience supporting and/or implementing complex integration projectsExperience with Spring Portlet developmentMust have good working knowledge of Html, Ajax, JQuery, Java ScriptMust have experience with Oracle RDBMS. Exposure to PL/SQL is a big plusAWS Cloud development experience and AWS Developer Certification highly desiredExperience with WebCenter ADF Framework and Remote portlet configurations with WebCenter Spaces/Portal is a plusExperience implementing top-notch user interfaces using JavaScript and the Angular frameworkMust have working experience with SVN/GIT or with other equivalent source control systemsMust have working experience as part of a large team with ability to work independentlyExperience configuring Web service security policies is a plusExperience with secure coding practicesGood to have exposure to SOA suite middlewareExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
