Application Support Analyst

Position Title: Application Support Analyst Location: Hybrid role in Pittsburgh, PA 15219 or New York, NY. 10286 Contract duration: 12 months contract with possible extension Job Role: Looking for a Level II Production Support professional for digital platform which contains digital assets This application is on prem as well as Cloud environment Looking for someone from Java background and experience supporting in cloud environment Need some Devops exp as well – Scripting, deployment, etc. Will be supporting client inquiries, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues Will be doing some weekend support as well Must Haves: Level II Production / Application Support – will be supporting client inquiries, diagnosing and troubleshooting application issues Java for debugging and triaging code Application Monitoring – Splunk / AppDynamics / Prometheus / Grafana / Any other Scripting – Shell / Bash / Python / Ansible / Terraform Oracle database PL-SQL (Primary) / SQL (Secondary) JIRA & ServiceNow Ticketing exp preferred – Any other will also work Preferred Cloud – AWS / Azure (Primary) / GCP ITIL – Incident, Change & Problem Management DevOps – CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, GitLab, Deployment, etc
