Product Owner for third-party digital adoption and change enablement platforms, driving realization of enterprise adoption, user experience and cost-to-serve objectives.Partner with business teams to understand product and business process change roadmap; collaborate to leverage available adoption/change platforms to support business change objectivesSelect, implement and manage third-party digital adoption/change platform providersMaintain platform roadmaps; lead internal demos; deploy, optimize and rationalize platforms across the enterpriseDrive a data-centric culture; identify and diagnose experiential or efficiency opportunities and measure post-intervention resultsDrive internal community of practice for solution-buildersLead a team charged with helping business units stand up or accelerate available adoption/change platforms in conjunction with their core business applications, including initial use case identification and KPI impact analysis, business case development support, coordination with technology teams as needed, proofs of concept and initial solution buildsProvide strategic vendor relationship management; periodically evaluate enterprise platform investment ROI and ensure vendor relationship is fully compliant with Key's Third Party Risk Management ProgramPerform platform user administration functions and maintain strategic artifactsQualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 5-8 yrs of experience - experience w/ digital adoption tools, change management, familiarity with project lifecycle phases and tools, strong ability to identify issues with urgency, to recommend solutionsLeadership and team management experience with the ability to provide strategic planning and oversightAbility to effectively communication and influence at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to overcome obstacles in executing sophisticated, cross-functional initiativesSolid understanding of human-centered design and UX practicesHave a passion to create positive user centric experiencesPossess a strong mix of quantitative, qualitative and problem-solving skillsAbility to think strategically coupled with the ability to drive to executionExperience with storytelling + curating presentationsAbility to operate in Agile EnvironmentCompetencies/ Skills
