Responsible for managing the logistics of the Preventive Maintenance Programs from beginning to end, by initiating the processes and following through to completion.Essential Functions

Manage Preventive Maintenance process, for Preventive Maintenance sold at Time of Sale, Extended Warranty and PM Only ProgramsGenerate and maintain preventive maintenance schedules in ERP systemCreate cases in Sales Force (CRM) for tracking throughout the PM processWork closely with the Customer Quality Assurance Global Manager on coordination of work assignments, PM scheduling availability and cost effectiveness for field visits.Create service parts order to ensure parts shipped prior to service visitManual creation of service requests for preventive maintenance and shipment of service loanersInvestigate and work with appropriate departments to resolve issues that impact Preventive Maintenance Process and customer satisfactionProvide customer with copy of their service records upon completion of the field visitMaintain and update customer data in ERP and CRM with pertinent information if requiredProvide support to backup other team membersResearch serial number inquiries as neededEnsure service records are attached to affiliated Service Contracts in ERP system for audit purposesAdministrative support or other duties as requiredRequired/Preferred Education and Experience

High School Diploma required1-2 years of customer service and logistics experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

Motivated self-starter with the ability to exercise own judgementAbility to work independently, with little or no supervisionCapable of prioritizing activities and performing multiple tasksEnergetic, creative, goal-oriented team playerHeightened sense of personal responsibility including punctuality, attendance and commitmentExperience in Logistics areaAttention to detailPrevious Customers interface skillsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenOrganization and internal customer interface skillsERP systems experience, preferably OracleCRM experience, preferably SalesforcePhysical Demands
