Listeners are exposed to high-quality content with local, regional, national, and international agricultural information as well as statewide political and breaking news coverage that allows them to stay abreast of issues impacting their communities. Farm programming through Brownfield Ag News relays timely information to more than 500 audio partners throughout key agricultural states.In addition to news services, LEARFIELD’s Interaction division offers advertising on a variety of traditional and digital platforms to help clients amplify and share their message to highly targeted audiences. Our knowledgeable team works from strategic planning to evaluation in supporting clients’ marketing objectives.Position SummaryThe Digital Content Creator-Videographer will work within the News/Agriculture Division of LEARFIELD to assist with content creation (graphic design, video, audio, and text), and various marketing needs: campaign placements, reporting, and analysis. This position can either be hired as a Level I or II depending upon experience level.Core Position ResponsibilitiesThe Primary duty is to assist with video editing and production for digital advertising campaigns.Implement, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns on various platforms: Meta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and more.Aid with graphic design requests.Develop marketing campaign performance and analytic reportsOther duties as assigned.Position Skills/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field preferred but not requiredDigital Advertising Specialist I require 1+ year and the II requires 2+ years of experience working on a team to implement and optimize social media and digital advertising and video campaignsStrong written and verbal communications skillsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suites, Premiere Pro, and WordPressExperience developing promotional graphics, editing video and audioAbility to translate ideas into complete projectsExperience with placing paid social advertisingFamiliarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including Meta, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and moreExcellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a cohesive team environment
