Material Planning Analyst
Responsibilities:Develop, refresh and maintain Stock Out and Exception Message reports to address component coverage risksGenerate and analyze reports on forecasted component volumes and fluctuations to address stakeholder inquiries and support the Material Planning TeamCreate and enhance Excel-based reports to support IBP process, analyzing data related to packaging components, identifying trends and volume changes and providing actionable insightsDevelop visualizations for monthly IBP presentations, focusing on inventory and forecast metricsCollaborate with the Master Data team to implement necessary changes and controlsUndertake additional projects and requests as needed

Requirements:
Proficient in handling large datasets and complex Excel formulasSkilled in translating data analysis into actionable insightsCollaborative with cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive in driving process improvementsStrong problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, STEM or a related field, or equivalent experience1+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably within the CPG industryProven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office suiteFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is desirable, though current work will primarily use Excel
