Zurich North America is currently hiring a Deskside Support Technician to work at our Schaumburg North America HQ.Responsibilities:Deskside and remote technical support.Ticket management within ServiceNow.PC deployment and setup.Troubleshooting complex IT issues.Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.
Required:Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support areaORHigh School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support areaPreferred:Experience in tools like ServiceNow and Active Directory,Strong problem-solving analytical skillsAble to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidanceExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsExperience in desktop technical support Incident resolution.Experience in hardware troubleshootingKnowledge of Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune toolsTech savvy possesses a natural curiosity, problem solving and strong analytical skills.Experience in asset lease deployment coordinationExperience in DEX (Digital employee experience) analysisKnowledge of Windows 10/11
