Your Role:
Supply Chain Analyst
Your Responsibilities:Consistent communication with resource owners regarding operation status and work center capacities.Anticipates and responds to internal and external customer needsPlay an active role in Global Supply Chain initiatives.Actively participates and/or may lead projects and process improvements.What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Currently enrolled in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering degree and graduating in December 2024 or May 2025Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingConsistent execution of timely deliverablesExperience with SAP or equivalent ERP systemWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Animal Health/Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with USDA and other regulatory requirementsPrevious experience in procurementDemonstrated proficiency in a data driven approach to problem solvingDrive results and work with autonomyProblem solving through mastery of supply chain best practicesDemonstrated ability to lead through influenceDemonstrated ability to negotiate effectivelyAdditional Information:
Travel: 10%Location: Indianapolis, IN or Fort Dodge Manufacturing Plant - Fort Dodge, IA
