ABOUT THE COMPANY:A healthcare provider and foundation with deep roots in Central Texas, with one of the largest networks across the United States. Driven by a passion for community servitude and care, we are looking for our newest addition to a team of high-performing IT specialists at the management level.ABOUT THE ROLE:The IT & Infrastructure & Security Manager oversees the companys entire technology and security landscape, including service desk operations, cybersecurity measures, network systems, telecom, and disaster recovery processes, whether managed in-house or through external partners. This encompasses network equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, as well as servers, hardware, software, and user devices across multiple facilities, including mobile dental clinics. The role also involves delivering outstanding customer support by addressing technical challenges promptly and ensuring users receive continuous training.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee a multi-facility IT infrastructure, including mobile dental clinics, network hardware, and Cisco Meraki firewalls.Manage Service Desk operations, including supervising Help Desk staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.Ensure network stability, performance, and security, with a focus on HIPAA compliance and information security policies.Administer servers (virtual/physical), including patch management, backups, and software updates.Oversee cloud services (MS Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Box) and user account management.Evaluate and recommend hardware/software solutions, including network enhancements.Support IT budget planning and maintain inventory.Provide ongoing technology training and performance improvements.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.7+ years of technology support experience, covering networks, hardware, and software.3+ years managing technical teams.Hands-on experience with VMware, Azure, O365, Exchange, Windows Server, Linux, and networked workstations.Proven ability to maintain servers, deploy network services, and resolve PC issues.Skilled in training users of varying technical backgrounds on software applications.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).Strong knowledge of Windows, Office, Box.com, and Veeam support.Experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP).Industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, or ISACA (such as CISSP, CISM).Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within Central Texas, with occasional nights and weekends required.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS1. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.2. Demonstrated fine motor skills to ensure the safe and effective maintenance of technology equipment and computers.3. Ability to stand, sit or walk frequently.4. Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, squat, and climb stairs occasionally.
