Logistics Associate

Responsibilities:

• As a Logistics Associate you will support the Goleta, CA logistics team and perform key Logistics processes.
• Will be required to work independently and provide high quality work while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Also, will be required to adhere to all safety standards, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks, and follow all department rules and regulations.
• Will be receptive to teamwork, collaboration, and communication as these are key attributes to your success.
• Stocking material, kitting material, cycle counting material, and packaging/shipping material while transacting all functions in Client SAP system.

• Experience in a warehouse environment, ability to follow Clients safety guidelines, warehouse management system experience (SAP preferred)
• Desired Skill Sets: Excellent verbal and written communication, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment where multi-tasking is required
• Years of Experience Required (if any): 5+
• The contractor's success be measured: Hitting monthly metric targets for stocking and shipping
• Culture dynamic team in a safety-driven logistics department

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree Preferred.
