Position Summary

The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing, managing, and establishing new supply chain processes. This role involves analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements to ensure the smooth and cost-effective flow of goods and services. Additional functions include coordinating and the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule and sales forecast. Inventory level management is a key component of this role.

Essential Functions

Supply Chain Analyst duties include analyzing current and historic demand to maintain optimal inventory levels. Analyze production and manufacturing process to plan efficient production schedules for the facility. Maintaining inventory of raw materials, components and finished goods. Communicating with departments and customer service on the status of production schedules/orders. Develops and assists in process improvements and other duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing.

Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain supply chain models, reports, and dashboards to track performance and forecast future needs.Collaborate with outside departments such as sales, marketing, and production teams to forecast demand, anticipate customer needs, and help develop accurate demand plans.Manage all inbound and outbound shipments both domestically and internationally.Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.Responsible for all warehouse management including controls, inventory accuracy, and efficiency.Manage global trade compliance including procedures for import and export of TM products and materials.Perform other duties as assignedRequirements

5+ years of related experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, etc. required.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., APICS, CPM) are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis toolsKnowledge of supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.Previous experience with international shipping, customs relations, and compliance.Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production including Global Trade.Work Environment
