Job Title: IT Intern (Tier I Technician)

Location: Conshohocken, PA (with occasional travel to Springfield, PA)
About Us: Conicelli Management Group is looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our IT Department as a Tier I Technician. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for college students pursuing degrees in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields to gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in managing support tickets and documenting technical issues.
•Provide first-level support to PC users, helping to identify and resolve basic technical problems.
•Participate in the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
•Help troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, and basic A/V equipment.
•Support network connectivity issues, including WiFi and Ethernet connections.
•Assist with basic website updates and formatting.
•Learn to navigate and use the M365 environment, including applications like OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
Qualifications: We are looking for motivated students who are eager to learn and grow in the field of IT.
Basic Requirements:
•Basic understanding of PC hardware/software and networking concepts.
•Coursework or experience in technical support or a related field is a plus.
•Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
•Good oral and written communication abilities.
•Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of users, including faculty, staff, and students.
•Currently enrolled in an IT, IST, or related program at an accredited college or university.
•Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
•Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
•Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
Preferred Skills (not required):
•Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g., CCNA).
•Basic knowledge of Azure or HTML.
Work Schedule:
•Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18/hour
