Summary

The role will focus on managing LG Last Mile Delivery network & service providers for last mile delivery/installation service quality and taking care of last mile orders to ensure LG customers have a seamless delivery/installation experience including returns and will manage service providers' performances.

Responsibilities

Set up LMD network in the targeted regions. Develop Agents and manage their daily operation performancesMonitor & collaborate load planners to make sure middle mile RSD is metCollaborate with Serviced Providers to make sure enough capacity is available at each hub to reduce re-schedule ratesEncourage Save the sales program to decrease damage/return %Monitor under-performing Serviced Providers hubs and make decisions to change to other SP hubsContinuous site visit to educate Serviced Providers hubs that lack in delivery and installation with LG shipping and handling SOPConsistently review customer survey to see what is lacking when it comes to overall LMD networkSupport system development for easier communication flow and visibilityTo manage customer care daily operation & issue to better serve the consumersQualifications

Bachelors Degree with 5+ years logistics experience, order management, last mile relevant experience
