As a Data Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding and/or supporting new clients in the R1 platform. You will work directly with client IT teams to acquire data files, validate data and imports into our applications. You will work closely with project managers for new implementations, sales teams for implementations/client assessments and operations teams for ongoing support of clients once live.

What

you’ll

do:

Own complex client implementations from a data perspective - acquiring, importing, validatingdata and preparing proprietary systems and platforms ready for go-live

Engage with internal project team membersduring implementation projects

Manage the relationship between client IT to collaboratively work towards data that meets data specifications

Apply a deep understanding of healthcare data to solve problems for internal and external stakeholders

Serve as a technical mentor to Data Stewards on the team

Data research and analysis – writing queries, analyzing results, identifying trends

Create reports around system performance (rules engine), client data trends and other business needs

Communicate/present research results to non-technical stakeholders (both internal and external)

Script and automate data related processes

Resolve data duplication, ensure data received satisfies operational requirements spanning multiple service lines and solutions

Perform analysis of data acquired into Data Lake

Stakeholder management, request handling

Utilize Salesforce for tracking work and deliverables

What

you’ll

need

:

Mastery of SQL (or similar) and strong working knowledge of SSIS or Databricks

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

4+ years experiencein an analytics role, ideally working with PHI/Healthcare Data

Demonstrated ability to learn and master new tools and processes

Ability to identify problems and ideate on how to improve/fix issues impacting the team and/or clients

Intellectual curiosity & ability to apply best practices to documentation

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate closely with both internal and external project/operational stakeholders

Excellent communication skills to identify and escalate issues to both technical (Product/Engineer) and nontechnical stakeholders/teams

Familiarity/comfortability managing data pipelines

Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $47,236.00 - $74,776.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
