Job Summary:

This individual will work directly with the Product Team. The individual will oversee the development of products from start to finish to ensure they meet our clients' needs and preferences. Main duties include determining the oversee the vision of products, managing various backlog items and deciding priorities features for each product. Products include a full Revenue Cycle Management tool, Business Intelligence tools, and provider Enrollment/Credentialing tools.

Job Responsibilities:Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirementsWorking with the Product Management and executives on the road mapsDeveloping user stories and workflows for users of the productsLead an advisory team of stakeholders and end users to review roadmaps, deliver updates, and enhance products.Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirementsOverseeing all stages of product creation including design, specifications, sprints, and prioritiesMonitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the processParticipating in daily standup meetings and product sprintsRequires Experience in Healthcare Industry (RCM Systems, Clearinghouses, Credentialing/Enrollment functions)Education Necessary for Position:

Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Healthcare Management, Administration, or related fieldExperience & Skills Necessary for Position:

3+ years of experienceExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and manage risksHighly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering resultsExperience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare technology is requiredPassionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and dedicated to client successWork Environment:

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Notice will be provided if travel is required.
