Software Engineer
to join our consulting services group.
Duties:Create overall architecture design, using AWS CloudFormation to build specific AWS resources/services and deploying the application with tools such as Jenkins and Sceptre.Create backend system using Python and AWS based on business requirements.Discuss and determine the overall architecture, create different modules in Python to handle business logic, write unit test for the code, write SQL queries to handle save/retrieve data form database, deploy application into AWS using Jenkins and running end-to-end test through API endpoint.Provide well-architecture reviews to the clients. Review all the resources that the client created in their AWS accounts and generate a report in the following aspects: security, performance, cost and sustainability.Develop and maintain micro service backend system using Java and Spring. Discuss and determine the overall architecture, create different layers in Java and Spring framework, write unit test for the code, build Postgres database and deploy the application with maven and AWS Code Pipeline.Requirements:
Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related field combined with demonstrable ability in the skill/knowledge in the following area: Python, Java, SQL, JavaScript, Git, Docker, K8s, terraform, maven, Sceptre, Jenkins, docker, Postman, Jira, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Linux/Unix, MacOS, Windows, Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure to design, deploy and maintain AWS resources.Alternatively, the employer will accept a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related technology/engineering field plus 2 years of experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above.
