About the Job:

As a member of our Data Team, you will work across Capco's different domains and solution offerings to help break down large problems, develop approaches and solutions. As a Data Architect you will work with the industry's leading data platforms to create data-driven, strategic solutions which will help drive transformation for our clients.

What You'll Get to Do:Establishing policies, procedures and guidelines regarding all aspects of Data GovernanceEnsure data decisions are consistent and best practices are adhered toEnsure Data Standardization definitions, Data Dictionary and Data Lineage are kept up to date and accessibleWork with ETL, Replication and DBA teams to determine best practices as it relates to data transformations, data movement and derivationsWork with support teams to ensure consistent and pro-active support methodologies are in place for all aspects of data movements and data transformationsWork with and mentor Data Analysts to ensure best practices are adhered to for database design and data managementAssist in overall Architectural solutions including, but not limited to Data Warehouse, MDM, ODS, Data Replication/ETL Data Management initiativesWork with the business teams and Enterprise Architecture team to ensure best architectural solutions from a Data perspectiveAssist in implementing a strategic roadmap for MDM implementationResponsible for assisting in implementation of a Master Data Management toolAssist in establishment of policies, procedures and guidelines regarding all aspects of Master Data ManagementEnsure Architectural rules and design of the MDM process are documented and best practices are adhered toAssist in Data Architecture strategy as it relates to the Data Virtualization tool (Denodo)What You'll Bring with You:

3+ years of Solution Architecture experience3+ years of MDM experience3+ years of Data Governance experience, working knowledge of best practicesExtensive working knowledge of all aspects of Data Movement and Processing, including Middleware, ETL, API, OLAP and best practices for data trackingGood Communication skillsSelf-MotivatedCapable of presenting to all levels of audiencesWorks well in a team environmentExperience with Hadoop/MongoDB a plusWorking experience with Data Virtualization a plus
