We are looking for a Customer Project Support Specialist to join our amazing Team!

(Local is preferred to our office in Marlborough, MA, with hybrid option)

This is a key role at TTA and will be responsible for project success from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, strong communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with our clients. The Customer Project Support Specialist will work in a team environment with our sales and recruiting teams.

What you'll do:

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and talent professionals.Regularly meet with clients to ensure needs are met and expectations are aligned.Collaborate with internal teams to set priorities and manage project timelines.Lead project kick-off meetings, ensuring all aspects are well-defined and communicated.Draft and manage contracts for deployed talentOversee talent preparation, upskilling, and/or certificationLead projects with multiple team members and stakeholdersRespond professionally and positively in the face of challengesBe proactive in communicating early and often, anticipating and escalating potential issuesConsult on deployment processes to ensure that best practices are followed and that clients benefit from TTA's experienceManage travel, logistics etc. if needed for our talent professionalsQualifications:

You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a client facing role as a Customer Project Support Specialist or similar backgroundYou are highly results-driven with a sharp customer focus and passion for serving customer needsYou have exceptional attention to detailYou have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt to changing environment.You are a team player with a positive, proactive attitude and growth mindsetYou have a passion for relationship-building & are a creative problem-solverYou have exceptional communication skills (listening, verbal and written)You want to grow and constantly learn in a fast paced, ever-evolving industryYou are proficient in MS Office applications

Typing proficiency of 60 words per minute or higher
