The Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor's degree required7+ years of experience in a Data and Analytics role with exposure to IT and business partnersIn depth knowledge in a variety of analytics techniques including profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis and campaign measurementAbility to do data driven deep dive analysis to test ideas/hypothesis for Digital and Non-Digital experiences and identifying appropriate success metrics (Call-to-Action)Hands on expertise using tools and technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and Adobe AnalyticsStrong working knowledge of relational databases including experience with web interaction dataSolid understanding of A/B/N testing techniques, Design of Experiments, Measurement and RecommendationsExperience aligning and working across various business units and channels in a consultative mannerExperience in creative, cross-functional collaboration and development activitiesExcellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to present complex data and outcomes in a simple and clear wayHighly proficient in PowerPoint and other MS applicationsGood understanding of AI/ML and predictive model outputs would be a nice to have
