IT Field Technician

One of the largest homebuilders in the US is looking for a Field Technician to add to their growing team. This position will report to divisional office in Scottsdale, AZ daily, before going out to various field locations in the area. What they are looking for is someone who can visit their actual community build sites to help set up those sites. Some of the normal workload for that portion will be installing cable modems, printers, new workstations, StarLink (satellite internet) and Cradle Points (cellular version of StarLink, cellular modem for internet connection) and troubleshooting LAN.
This role will require a high level of customer service as delivering excellent experiences to their non-technical staff is of utmost importance. Between the more hands-on field work, there is an element of this that will provide support for standard service desk issues in their corporate office like troubleshooting software, internet connectivity, Active Directory, O365, and other A/V equiptment.
Contract Duration: 6-12 months Required Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in an IT Support positionExperience working in the field, or in person, setting up new workstations, internet, etc.Strong experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issuesExperience administering Active Directory and O365Knowledge of common networking protocols and ability to troubleshoot LANsExperience setting up A/V equipmentExcellent customer service skillsReliable vehicle that can get you to sites throughout the valleyDesired Skills & Experience
