Summary:

The Business Intelligence Analyst II will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, creating data models, and developing dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

This role reports directly to the Business Intelligence Lead.

Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all BI systems.Design, data modeling, develop, deployment and maintain of end-to-end Data and Analytics solutions including ETL, data processing, data modeling, security of interfaces to other systems.Provide subject matter expertise to bring improvement and optimization in the implementation of data warehouses/lakes and data marts/models.Support ongoing maintenance of data analytics products in data lake and data warehouses.Respond to and collaborate on complex incidents in the data warehouse/data lake environment.Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.Work closely with other analysts and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.

Minimum Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.At least 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, focusing on clinical or financial analytics. Or at least 2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.Skill Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, and statistical modeling.Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.Strong ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Experience in generating reports and dashboards to convey findings effectively.Excellent communication skills to present data insights to stakeholders and support decision-making.Understanding of healthcare data, including patient records, billing, and clinical data. Or strong problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.Advanced proficiency in MS Office.Preferred Requirements:

Experience in the healthcare.
