Description:Our client is building a best-in-class Marketing organization to drive profitable membership growth across diverse business lines. The Marketing Operations & Technology team is a part of our client's Marketing & Communications organization, supporting marketing initiatives across the full consumer lifecycle. Having a solid foundation of capabilities and operational efficiencies that are modern & platforms-based is imperative to executing efficient and effective marketing strategies. We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions.As a Senior Product Owner, you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the product requirements are clearly defined, tested and implemented. You will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and guiding technical implementations to meet business objectives.

In this role you will:

Work closely with business owners, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsDevelop and document detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the development teamCollaborate with developers to clarify technical requirements, address challenges and ensure successful implementation of product featuresDefine and implement testing strategies to ensure that the product meets the defined requirements and quality standards. Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues identified during testingDevelop and provide training materials and sessions for end-users. Create comprehensive documentation to support product usage, including clear user guides and release communicationsContribute to the product vision and roadmap. Assessing market trends, business needs and user feedback to inform strategic decisionsGather feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and enhance the product. Drive iterative improvements based on data and insights

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's DegreeExperience working in Aprimo or another workflow management tool3- 5 years' experience in marketing technology or process improvementProven track record of successfully managing and delivery complex products or featuresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degreeMarketing experienceSix Sigma/Lean or similar process improvement certificationStrong business acumenAgile experience
