OVERVIEW

Hendall Inc. is seeking an IT Manager to join our team. This position will support Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) which serves the public as a trusted partner and steward, dedicated to advancing health equity, expanding coverage, and improving health outcomes.

DUTIES

Provides leadership for the portfolio of IT services.

Leads a variety of services that supports both IT infrastructure computing needs. The service portfolio is made up of administrative infrastructure, clinical, medical review and medical records management infrastructure and support, web development, and helpdesk.

Administrative support may include wired and wireless networking, IP telephony, building security and automation, virtual server, and data center management.

Additional infrastructure may include high-performance computing cluster, data storage, health care reporting applications, software installations, web, database, and storage servers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field/ experience.

Five (5) years of professional experience supporting the operations, maintenance, and administration of information technology infrastructure /Applications.

Five (5) years of direct supervisory experience.

Experience in managing IT infrastructure and services in a compliant and regulated environment. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in a medical review/ medical record setting.

Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and databases.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
