Position Overview

Drives the architecture, development, and execution of the rhythm of business. Collaborates with partners to develop plans and articulate potential benefits of partnerships and how they provide mutual value. Drives business review cadence. Informs direction for processes related to adherence to privacy and compliance. Leverages knowledge of the business to drive the leader's and business's goals. Contributes to organizational design conversation and drives successful implementation of organizational plans and strategies. Drives overall accountability for the team and organization in executing core business activities, including the monthly business reviews, and project postmortems.

What You'll Do

Plan, assign, and coordinate activities pertaining to rhythm of the business, on an enterprise level with multiple releases and work streams.

Deliver monthly business review reports and weekly steering committee presentations to

Create project plans based on approved requirements and manage project schedules, budgets, track milestones, identify risks to the deliverables and come up with contingency plans.

Establish standards and procedures for project tracking, reporting and documentation.

Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on the project goals, scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.

Who You Are

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to maintain thoroughness, even under urgent or high-pressure circumstances.

Strong ability to present to a wide verity of audiences up and down the organizational structure

Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams at all levels, with strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to speak and write about technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to manage ambiguity and clarify for self and others.

Must be comfortable engaging professionals in conversation with little to no introduction.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage cross-program teams and stakeholders across the business and technology groups.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, environmental sciences, engineering, marketing, communications or a related field

At least 5 years of experience with project management software

PMI-PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.

Salary Range

$90,000-115,000 annually

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.
