Embedded Systems Engineer/Analyst

Location: Huntsville, AL

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Willbrook Solutions, an SAS company, is eagerly seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer/Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will join our team supporting a customer in Huntsville, AL. Mid-level up to Subject Matter Expert (SME) positions are potentially available dependent upon candidate experience and funding.

Note: You must be a resident of the greater Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the greater Huntsville, AL area.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

In this role, you will analyze hardware (HW), firmware, and/or software (SW) to identify strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities. You will report your observations, findings, and analyses in written reports for the customer. You will participate in meetings to ascertain customer needs and to share progress, issues, opportunities, and successes.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.)C, C++, and/or Matlab skillsExperience with FPGA design, programming, tools, etc.Robust technical writing skillsInitiative and are a team playerPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Reverse Engineering (RE) ExperienceFME ExperienceA master's degree in a related fieldExperience with a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS)Experience supporting RADAR, Radio Frequency (RF) communications, digital signal processing (DSP), and/or electronic warfare (EW) projectsWorking knowledge of ELINT, MASINT, and/or SIGINT

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

Active secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance

This position is contingent upon contract award.
