Security Clearance:

Key Skills:Experience designing, architecting, configuring, and managing technical solutions in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform development, configuration, and administration is preferred.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and enterprise DevSecOps implementation is preferred.Ability to obtain a CompTIA Security+ certification.Responsibilities
Lead the configuration and integration of Microsoft Azure cloud services (including Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform) to enhance business functionality and overall performance.Design and architect solutions that integrate Microsoft Azure clous services with other systems and software to meet complex business requirements.Provide expert guidance and leadership to project teams on the customization, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Azure cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform).Conduct workshops and training sessions to increase proficiency across the organization in using Microsoft technologies effectively.Stay updated with Microsoft's product strategies and roadmaps to ensure our technology stack remains forward-looking and competitive.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements and business solutions.Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.Manage troubleshooting and provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field.Must be able to obtain up to a Secret security clearance.Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT and business systems implementation, with at least 4 years focused on Microsoft Azure cloud services.Experience in configuring, deploying, and managing Microsoft cloud services and integrations (e.g., dataverse, Power App Connectors).Experience designing, architecting, and developing Microsoft Azure based solutions.Strong experience with Power Platform (e.g., PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate, Power App Connectors).Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams in complex technical environments.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Experience in government or defense contracting environment a bonus.Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure desired.Project management experience and certifications (e.g., PMP) a bonus.
